Make an Inquiry
Once you decide you’re ready to franchise with Pinkberry, the first step is to fill out our online inquiry form. Just select the form for either the United States or international opportunities then enter your name, contact info and city of interest and you’ll be on your way.
We’ll Get in Touch
After you make an online inquiry, we will schedule a time to get in contact with you. This call will be your chance to ask a member of our franchise development team any questions you might have about the Pinkberry franchise opportunity.
Application Process
After our conversation, we will send you the documents you need to officially apply. When you send the completed documents back to us, we will consider financial requirements and culture fit to determine whether or not you and Pinkberry are a perfect match.
Receive FDD and Sign Franchise Agreement
Once your franchise application is accepted, the Pinkberry franchise team will send you our current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This document includes every piece of Pinkberry franchise information you need, such as investment requirements, terms of the franchise agreement and past franchise revenue. After our team has answered all your questions and you’ve looked over our FDD, you’ll be ready to sign the Pinkberry franchise agreement.
Site Selection
Now that you’re a franchisee, it’s time to pick the perfect spot for your Pinkberry. Your knowledge of your community, and the information you’ve gained from our thorough Franchise Disclosure Document, will make you the best person to find a home for your frozen yogurt business. And, of course, you’ll have the support of Pinkberry and Kahala Brands throughout the process.
Store Development
You’ll transform an ordinary location into your very own Pinkberry — a place where all of your guests receive a truly unique experience. From our signature color palette to our modern details, the design of Pinkberry stores is a part of our distinctive brand. There’s just nowhere else quite like a Pinkberry.
Training
As a Pinkberry franchisee, a comprehensive training program, supported by our parent company Kahala Brands™, experts in QSR franchising, will get you ready to run your own store. Our training covers operations, store management, how to create our signature swirl and so much more.
Grand Opening
It’s time to share our delicious, tart frozen yogurt with your community, bringing smiles to the faces of your friends and neighbors. Once you’re up and running, you will have the chance to focus on growing your business one cup of frozen yogurt at a time.
